  3. I'm ready. How do I activate my service?

From the Management Panel, simply select the "Activate" button at the top of the screen.

Payment may be made using any credit or debit card bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover or Diners Club logo.

Service Benefits/Features

  1. How many photos or videos can my wedding have?

You and your guests may upload an unlimited number of photos and videos.

  2. What photo printing options are available?

  3. Can I use Keepchest for our wedding shower or rehearsal dinner?

Yes! Your Keepchest account lets you create up to 5 "events", each having its own Invite Code.

You are free to use these for any wedding-related event you want. You could use one for your ceremony and reception, another for a rehearsal dinner, another for a wedding shower and yet another still for an afterparty.

You could even use one for your bachelor or bachelorette party, should you be so inclined.

  4. How do I configure everything?

Once you have an account, you can configure nearly everything from the web-based Management Panel.

  5. Can I customize the colors for my wedding?

Yes! From the Management Panel you can select a primary and secondary color to match those of your wedding. Keepchest makes color coordination easy.

  6. Can I use the Keepchest app to help keep my guests informed?

Yes! Keepchest offers a "wedding info" section where you can specify times, registries, addresses and/or other information that is relevant to your event. This is all configured from the Management Panel.

  7. Do you offer a guestbook?

Yes! Your guests can sign a virtual guestbook with their well wishes using the Keepchest iPhone app.

  8. Is there a way to show photos and videos on a TV or projector?

Yes! Using the Keepchest iPhone app, you can show a slideshow of your favorite photos and videos - complete with music from your iTunes library.

  9. What can I do from within the Keepchest iPhone app that guests can't?

As an "administrator" user you can configure which photos and videos appear on the app's main menu, which are included as highlights in the Photos/Videos section, show or hide guestbook entries and use the slideshow feature.

  1. At what quality are photos and videos stored?

Our priority is to make sure that your memories are preserved in high fidelity, suitable for printing.

We store high resolution versions of your photos, sufficient to print an 8x10 at a pristine 300 dpi. Note that the quality of photos taken using older iPhones or using a front-facing camera will be limited by the capability of the camera used to take them.

Videos are stored at 480p with each limited to 30 seconds in length.

  2. What kind of iPhone do my guests need?

The Keepchest app works on all reasonably modern iPhone models, from the iPhone 4 released in 2010 up to the latest and greatest. iPhones must be running iOS 7 or newer.

  3. Do you have an Android version of the Keepchest app?

We do not currently offer an Android version of the Keepchest app, but this is something we are looking into for the future.

  4. Will I need a wireless router/network?

No. If the location of your event has good cellular service, that will suffice. However, if you are concerned about cellular service being spotty or marginal you may want to offer your guests a wireless router to connect to. We highly recommend testing at the event venue ahead of time to avoid problems.

  5. What do I need to show my slideshow?

To use the slideshow feature, we recommend connecting your iPhone to a television or protector using an Apple-provided adapter.

iPhone 4 and 4S users should use the Apple 30-pin Digital AV Adapter. Those with newer phones should use the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter, instead. You will also need an HDMI cable to run between your phone and the TV or projector.

As an alternative, you could also use AirPlay, an Apple TV and a wireless router to wirelessly mirror the slideshow on your TV. However, we recommend using an adaptor as described above for best results.

  2. Do you have a white label program?
